Ocean lovers and wave riders take note! Introducing the G-SHOCK-Surfrider Foundation collaboration for the world’s top surfers and extreme sports fans. Sharing a passion for the environment, G-SHOCK is proud to collaborate with the Surfrider Foundation, which works together with surfers committed to the ocean to protect the marine environment. Equipped with Tough Solar to charge the watch from sunlight, the G5600 boasts a bezel and band made of recycled urethane, reducing the environmental impact of resin scraps that would otherwise be discarded. With the unique and distinctive flake pattern that comes from mixing reused white scrap resin into a black base, this special collaboration does it all with style.
SURFRIDER FOUNDATION The planet’s beautiful oceans stretch endlessly over the horizon, immense natural assets for all of humankind. The Surfrider Foundation is an environmental protection organization founded by surfers who love the ocean. Its aim is to protect irreplaceable ocean ecosystems and preserve them for future generations. Since formed in the United States in 1984, the foundation has worked to protect coastal ecosystems, and its accomplishments are recognized worldwide.
